We’ve Moved!

I am very proud to announce that we have moved our Honolulu personal training website over to http://www.fitnessranes.com/. We’ve grown a lot over the last year or so, and I now have two personal trainers working in the studio with me. I took a lot of care in choosing them, and I couldn’t be happier with the selections I’ve made. These two guys “get it” in a way that isn’t seen very often in the fitness industry. As you’ll see in our updated photo gallery, my trainers are getting absolutely amazing results for people using the same systems that I’ve been developing over the past ten years. I can say with complete confidence that we have developed (and constantly adding to & updating!) the formula for success.

Our athletes have performing well, and we have added many championship belts between the time of my last blog posting and this one. We helped Jacob Luning-Hoshino qualify for nationals as a freshman in college wrestling. We helped Toby Misech prepare for, and win his title fight via 3rd round KO versus Edward Matsuura before Toby made his move back to the Big Island. Sebastian Mariconda captured the 170 lbs Destiny Amateur Championship, and well..you’ll just have to check out the new website to keep up with us.

Most recently, we have started a strength & conditioning program with Chris “The Crippler” Leben for his return against Karlos Vemola at UFC 155. Chris is active on twitter and he often posts up pictures of his training sessions to his twitter account via instagram. Follow him if you’re a UFC fan. I’ve always been a fan of Chris and I can tell you after working closely with him that he is one of the nicest, most personable people you will ever meet. Follow @cripplerufc on twitter: http://twitter.com/cripplerufc. You can follow me (@chrisranes) on twitter here: http://twitter.com/chrisranes/.

Anyway, long story short, I thought it was about time that our website start doing its job of representing who we are and what we do. I think our new website will do a much better job of that than this old dinosaur. Who knows, I may be back here to do more with this website in the future. This little site does hold a very special place in my heart, and I am honored to have helped so many people reach their goals after they found this website you’re currently reading.

If you haven’t added the Fitness Ranes Training Studio page on facebook yet, get over to http://facebook.com/FitnessRanes/ and “Like” us. We’ll be giving away some stuff as we roll out the new site. You can also connect with me on my personal facebook page at http://facebook.com/chrisranes01.

I want to thank you for taking the time to visit us. It’s been quite a roller coaster, but I’ve always loved thrill rides! Please join us at our new website to read more about our team of trainers and our unique personal training programs and methods.
