Fitness Ranes Training Studio is FINALLY on facebook!

Fitness Ranes Training Studio, my private Hawaii personal training studio is ready to meet the world. I am very happy to announce that we  FINALLY have a page up on facebook. It’s been about a year since we opened the doors. Website updates have become much less frequent as running a business and training clients all the time…well, takes up a LOT of time. Don’t get me wrong, this is NOT a complaint–being busy with business is a good thing; however, I haven’t had much of a chance to get on here and show you all the cool things we are doing in my Hawaii personal training studio, and pass along more helpful info to those that can’t come in and do personal or group training with us. Fortunately, facebook takes a lot less time to upload, and send updates out.

We don’t do very much (basically zero) in the way of traditional advertising, and I guess you could call our personal training studio somewhat of a secret. Come find out more about our fitness programs, communicate with our personal trainers, see frequently updated pictures, and videos of my Honolulu personal training clients in action, check out some of the unconventional training methods our personal trainers use, be amazed at the latest latest body transformation our clients are making with their personal trainer, read some of the best fitness training articles from the greatest minds in the personal training, and strength & conditioning world–all available on Fitness Ranes Training Studio’s facebook page. We look forward to meeting you, on facebook, or hopefully in person. 😉

Howzit chris…just wondering what are your hours in the evenings? I’m pretty much coming from Ewa Beach…Thanks for your time.

Aloha George! Thanks for asking. We’re in the studio by appointment, and we usually finish up around 8-9pm depending on the days schedule. What kind of times are you looking at training? Give me a call tomorrow or shoot me an email. I’d love to hear more about your fitness goals and see how we can help.

Have something to say?
