This meet up is for people that have already attended one of our previous Introduction to Kettlebells workshops. If you haven’t made it to one of our Intro workshops yet, don’t worry! I will be doing many more Introductory workshops in the very near future. If you’re not signed up for my mailing list, get on it so you know when these workshops are happening!

These meet-ups have been totally FREE so far, and I’m having a great time introducing people on Oahu to the proper use of kettlebells. We use kettlebells in my Hawaii personal training studio every single day, and all of my personal training clients from beginner to Pro-athlete has put their hands on kettlebells at some point during their training with me.

Kettlebell 2.0 @ Hawaii Kettlebell

I hope you’ve been practicing what you learned in Intro to Kettlebells: you will need those skills as a prerequisite to Kettlebell 2.0.

If you thought Intro to Kettlebells was good, let me tell ya’–YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHIN’ YET!

This is sure to be a fun, exciting, informative, heart-pumping, butt-kicking kettlebell “instructional”!

You will need to bring:

  • Towel
  • Water to drink
  • Wristband/Sweatband to protect the back of your wrist (trust me, you’ll definitely want to bring this)
  • Big smile
  • Positive energy & attitude

Kettlebells will be available for you to use, but you may bring your own kettlebell if you wish. Just no try switch to betta’ kine kettlebell when you leave, ah! 😉
