Why do you work out?

It is a simple question but it is a very important one.

Having a reason why gives you a purpose.

When the reason (the why) you want to achieve something is big enough, you will be much better prepared to handle any part of the how.

If the “what” is not easily attained, would you be willing to work hard for it without a good reason “why”?

Do you want to look better naked? Do you want to improve your daily activities & tasks with greater ease and comfort? Do you want to have more energy for your children? Do you want to live a better life?

BTW: If you did not already know– looking better naked is the most popular “what” by far.

What do you really want?

Why do you want that?

Visualize yourself achieving that goal.

What does it feel like to have it?

Have you decided what you want and why you want it?

Then you must take action to make it a reality.

I am a firm believer in the power of positive thinking, but no amount of positive thinking is going to make your goals a reality without taking action and doing something about it.

Thoughts remain thoughts until they are followed by definitive action.

Do not be afraid to succeed.
